Depends on the guests, we have had 12 stay at the Seaview pool villa in Rawai and had great
Times getting around in the pickup, going to the islands and even other provinces seeing waterfalls, temples, water springs and parks that most do not see.

Most of the time one of our trusted professional drivers that we often use for transfers can do tours of the island, markets and more. The larger the group the better the costs

Some guests we don’t even meet, using a coded locked key box, but we do check everything for damage and the damage deposit covers this.

The neighborhood is very quiet compared with most. We often have guests saying what a great sleep they can get but still be fairly close to the actions so to speak, with Bangla and more Central locations if you can call them that have nightclubs and hear them going till 5 in the morning screaming and yelling all night which is fine for one or two nights but eventually you will want to sleep right?

7/11, restaurants, laundries, bars, start at the end of the driveway - 200 meters from the resort, close enough to walk, eat/drink/massage... and goes on and one for km for the same and more...

Bangla Rd and the beach is only 20-minute walk down the hill and a $8-$12 tuk-tuk per car back.
There are many attractions in the area, we have a great list of mainstream attractions and some not many know off. Once booked you will have access to our website and forum. Our Face B sites have a lot of great information indeed.

Centrally located yes, however..... and this is a point I bring up over and over again:
Phuket has no decent public transport!!!!

For airport transfers we use a professional company with sober, non-drugged, not tired, newer cars.

The best options are:
1/ Rent a scooter, we have 2 available, a 125cc and a 155cc or the family business around the corner delivered.
2 /Rent a car with a driver, prices well if there are a few of you, however, if you don't know where you are going he will take you to where he gets the most commission, mainly jewelry shops.
3/ Look around with us.... We have a Hilux pickup and are often of to the beach for sunset dinner, restaurant promotions, to the southern where our 4 bed house is to do some renovations or pick up/drop things.

HOWEVER:

You can walk to Janceilon and Bangla from this Resort and yes, they have a shuttle transport going all over locally every day you still will not feel the same freedom as having your own scooter (about $7/day)
BUT, Patong is very busy and more accidents occur there, unlike our house located in a laidback area.

We can also assist you rent without giving your passport as security which is a common practice...

If you are a group a cheap jeep hire is perhaps better, we can assist with that..
